My goal is to help you get the best price with the best terms and seeing the deal to the finish line. This is achieved by targeted marketing to the right buyers, maximing market exposure, deal making, and transaction management. You will get the full service real estate experience. My listing fee is 2%, which is lower than the typical 3% commission. You keep more of your equity while still receiving a full-service, high-touch real estate experience.
